I took my morning walk yesterday and it was such a joy to hear the Canadian Geese calling through the canyon below. The chickadees, flickers, and woodpeckers were calling from all directions welcoming the spring. Finally!
What a winter! I am sure it will be one I remember for years to come.
The snow is melting and the run off from the top of the mountain is pretty heavy. The run off is providing the first signs of green plants again. Small streams are everywhere. 
Wildlife is slowly coming back. I saw my second wolf in Oregon on the back ridge of the property last week. He was so beautiful. He was quite large and had a rich black fur. I heard they found him and he now has a radio collar to track him.
My cabin house is all decorated for "Easter Guests" arriving for the weekend. I have included a few photos! I hope you all enjoy the Easter Holiday and Spring.
