Jennifer Lake's KID Shop!!

I am so pleased to announce the NEW just for "KIDS" Store!
The store was the most fun to design and I am still creating designs daily. Some of you will want some of these designs for yourself.
The lamps, basketball hoops and pillows are just so fun for your child's room.  They make me wish Easton was still a little boy. Maybe I will be blessed with a grandchild one day:).
More gifts will be added weekly here. I am working on a line of duvets, shower curtains and bath accessories that will be available in mid August with some of these designs on them. I love decorating and when these arrive I will show you different ways to use them.
Below is a photo of my son when he was just nine months old.
He is now 30. Oh MY how times fly's. I will be purchasing one of the basketball hoops for his office!

I am so pleased to announce that the "Jenny Wren Holiday" Shop is all ready for "You" to enjoy!
I spent the past few months designing several stores for all of you!
There are over 500 gifts within the shop...everything from ornaments to clothing attire.  I am sure there is something for just about anyone on your Christmas list.  I will continue to add more wonderful gifts weekly.

I just love the holidays.  There is something just "Magic" about that time of year...that we should practice throughout the year in each of our own lives. Its the middle of summer but we can still assist a neighbor, volunteer your time, collect food for the food bank, or just simply get involved in your community where you see you can help. That is truly the "Magic" of life.
It will make your life "Happy".

Welcome Everyone to my Jennifer Lake Art Blog. I hope you will enjoy following the stories

about my art career, life and thoughts.  I have a wide variety of interests and enjoy exploring new ideas and places.

My blog will cover my life as an artist and will include my many interests from decorating, cooking, gardening, collecting, and sewing, just to name a few.

I have found throughout my life, that my curiosity about so many things have contributed to so much of my art design.

I love the research, exploring and the designing of a series of paintings. Some series can take up to two years of research before I even pick up a brush.  The detail of the paintings comes from hours of layouts, finding the correct way to tell the story within the painting.  These minute details are laid out on many pieces of tissue sometimes overlapping each other before the final layout is complete.

I look forward to hearing from you all and sharing my life with you.
